What is Lifeline?

The National Lifeline program is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that provides a monthly discount of up to $9.25 on phone or internet service for eligible low-income consumers, with a higher discount available for those on Tribal lands. Eligibility is based on participation in certain federal assistance programs, such as SNAP or Medicaid, or a household income at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. The program is administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and helps consumers connect to essential services, jobs, and emergency services. How Lifeline Works

• A Discount on Services: Lifeline provides a monthly discount that can be applied to a phone or internet service, or a bundled package from a participating provider.
• One Benefit Per Household: Only one Lifeline benefit is allowed per household.
• Administered by USAC: The program is administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), which helps manage the program and verify consumer eligibility.

Eligibility RequirementsYou may qualify for Lifeline if your household income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or if you participate in any of the following programs:

• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
• Medicaid
• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Federal Public Housing Assistance
• Tribal-specific programs like Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance or Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
• Head Start
• Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit Programs

How much does Lifeline Cost?

Our partner carriers offers a program that is FREE to qualifying households. Lifeline Distribution Group agents are not "selling" a service. You are sharing the message that people can receive  Lifeline if they qualify. With that being said, there may be a cost for the device but, the service is absolutely free. 

How can the carriers provide this free service to its customers?

Our carrier partners are reimbursed by the U.S. government for each active customer.

How many households qualify for Lifeline?

There are approximately 40 million households in the U.S. eligible for the Lifeline program.

Direct Referral Code Method

1. You earn from $10 an hour up to $80 an hour for enrollments that are approved and activates though the carriers customer enrollment portal.

If 300 people are activated in a month through your portal, that is an earning of $3000 to $6000 in your pocket.

Do that for a year and earn $36,000 to $72,000.

Representation Method

2. We also want you to share with other people and organizations the Lifeline Distribution Group Grass Roots program. You can earn additional income on new agents you bring to Lifeline Distribution Group.

If a new agents you brought to Lifeline Distribution Group signs up a customer, you earn money per approved sign up that the agent completes. 

Compliance with the Federal Government

Lifeline Distribution Group values our reputation and the reputation of our affiliate carriers. Lifeline and ACP providers are monitored closely to provide factual information to our customers.

We strongly encourage agents to use our blogs and marketing materials as these have been vetted by our compliance and legal departments.

Payment Schedule

Payments will be made within  12 days of the end of the preceding week. Payments will be made via Found payment platform.  We also issue pay cards to agents that request them. You are responsible for any taxes associated with commission fees.

Do I need to distribute the cell phones as an agent of LDG?

No, LDG BYOD sim card only program allows you to distribute sim cards directly to the customer that have been approved for service. If the customer has an unlocked device at the time of enrollment they are more then welcome to get a sim card for their device. 

Am I eligible to become an LDG agent?

LDG is open to partnering with almost all individuals, non-profits, and for-profit companies. We reserve the right to refuse any application that does not meet our quality and content standards but, we are very open and understanding to most situations. We are a EOE and will work with anyone that is honest, professional, ambitious and able to meet the qualifications. 

How Do We Track Commissions?

Once you are approved, we will provide you the link to login and check your current commission status.

How and when do I get paid?

When you sign up for LDG's affiliate program, you will provide your bank details. LDG will transfer commissions within 12 days of the ending pay period depending on the carrier campaign, directly to your account. You are responsible for any taxes associated with commission fees.
